Medball Workout

ATTENTION PLEASE! There will be no Bounce DanceFit Session at 9.30am – 10.25am on Tuesday, 23 January 2018.

The Medball sessions use a medicine ball to carry out full body exercises. A medicine ball is a wonderfully effective training tool because it challenges your core stability, helps to improve coordination, increases power and builds up strength. All levels are welcome at this class, so try something new and challenge yourself at Thanyapura’s Medball class!

What Should I Bring?

  • Bottled water
  • Workout towel
  • Athletic shoes
