The Circuit sessions start and finish at the same place, and feature between 5-10 stations that are rotated frequently and designed to work you into great shape. The activity stations target the many different parts of your body, and while this intensive class may leave you sore, you’ll feel motivated having challenged yourself by working areas you may not necessarily focus on very often.

- This class is not for the faint-hearted and therefore if you are just beginning your fitness journey, have an injury you are rehabilitating or have a medical issue, please avoid this class until you have a medical clearance to do so.
- If you have any injuries, please be assessed one on one and bring a medical certificate to participate in the class.
