Test your strength in Thanyapura’s Abs Tabata workout to push yourself into becoming stronger! Abs Tabata uses multifunctional weight training exercises at a high-intensive pace, and follows a 20 seconds hard work, 10 seconds rest formula. The workout will strengthen abdominal and core musculature and improve cardio, and can be made more challenging through the inclusion of active rest periods. Abs Tabata is a great workout for those that may be short on time but want effective results.
