We have three dedicated coaches on the camp each with a unique skill set. All sessions are divided into groups depending on your focus, fitness level and upcoming race goals. Everyone is welcome from beginner up to elite level, across all age groups.
You can join the camp as a triathlete and do all sessions, or choose to focus on one or more of the below options.
Individual technique advice, track, road, X-country, advice on how to choose the best shoes for your running type. Specific advice for different race distances.
Individual technique advice, all 4 strokes, specific drills, use of swim equipment, and race specific advice and sets.
Individual technique and positioning advice, bike skills, road cycling, technical advice and education.
Workshop presentations are used to educate athletes on the principles that what we at 26 Coaching believe are paramount to athlete maximising their potential.
Three sports all rolled into one. We train triathlon as one sport, and as such will plan your individual week to maximise your training whilst allowing optimal recovery time. No matter what distance you are training for the right sessions will be available for you.
WHO CAN JOIN?
We welcome adult athletes of all levels, and their families.
**Youth athletes must have basic bike skills to join biking sessions, and be able to swim at least 100m unaided.**
We split into three different ability groups within an ‘Adult & Elite’, and a ‘Youth’ setting, with a dedicated coach and individual itinerary for each group.
Once we arrive at Thanyapura we split all the athletes into groups dependant on both age and ability.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY LOOK LIKE THIS:
- AM Adult & Elite Ride
- Late AM Youth Ride
- Mid-Day Track, Road, or X-country Run for all athletes
- PM Adult & Elite Swim
- PM Youth Swim
